2007 marks the 22nd Dixie Rotary Bowl and the final year of the bowl's transition from the NJCAA to the NCAA. The Dixie Rotary Bowl enjoyed the distinction of being THE BIGGEST JUNIOR COLLEGE BOWL GAME IN THE NATION for 20 years. This is a reputation that members of the board of trustees and the bowl planning committee are excited to bring to the NCAA Division II. We are excited to choose Division II.

The Dixie Rotary Bowl, in 2007, has formalized our association with two NCAA Division II conferences to invite their top non-playoff teams to play in the bowl each year. We are excited about our association with the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) and the newly formed football conference of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC).

The Dixie Rotary Bowl Association is a nonprofit corporation funded by a contingency of generous corporate sponsors and administratively sponsored by the Rotary Club of St. George.

The Dixie Rotary Bowl is played on a state-of-the-art artificial turf field that Dixie State College installed at Hansen Stadium. This is the same type of field used in many NFL Stadiums.
