Welcome, everyone, to the 23rd Annual Dixie Rotary Bowl. We are most excited by our association with NCAA Division II Football and our affiliation with the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC). Our work with Richard Hannon, Commissioner of the GNAC and J. R. Smith, Commissioner of the RMAC has allowed us transform our event into an outstanding Division II Bowl.

We thank Dixie State College for being source of stability to the Bowl by providing their facilities. To the City of St. George, our loyal sponsors, volunteers and fans that have supported the Bowl for 23 years we offer our deep thanks as you have been and will continue to be a major factor in our success. I acknowledge the many hours the Planning Committee and Board of Trustees has contributed for the success of this Community event.
